Job description
  • Synthesis of new intermediate chemical molecules
  • Handling and monitoring of All Kinds of reactions
  • Literature searches (Scifinder scholar search)
  • isolation and purification of target molecules and impurities, identification and characterization of isolated molecules by H-NMR, LC/Mass.
  • Responsible for finish the project in given time, and documentation as per SOP.
  • Carried out various methods and routes to achieve final product.
Executive / Sr. Executive – Quality Control
Experience: 1-6 Yrs
Location: Panchkula

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
Job Description:
  • Candidate should be able to analyze samples on GC and HPLC and report.
  • Maintenance of GLP norms in all respective areas.
  • Basic knowledge on cGMP and quality systems
  • Able to perform periodical calibration on HPLC / GC and can do regular analysis on the same.
  • Ready to work in shifts also.
Required Candidate profile
Applicant should have knowledge about HPLC (Shimadzu / Agilent / Waters) with Open Lab / Chromeleon / Empower software.
Business Development – Sales & Marketing
Experience: 3-8 Yrs
Location: Panchkula

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA / PGDM
To generate leads and business for -
1.     CRAMS with focus on preclinical stage through to phase 3 stage API's and advance intermediates.
2.     Custom Synthesis
3.     FTE (Full Time Equivalent)
4.     Process Development and Optimization
5.     To lead the creation of an effective sales pitch in the above areas for the company's niche capabilites.
6.     Build the detailed marketing and sales material in alignment to this plan (brochures , presentations, posters, proposal and pricing templates).
Required Candidate profile
To coordinate with R&D and plants for adherence to quality, cost and timeline.
To draft the SOP, get it review and formalize in the system.
Develop template for proposal / cost structure.
To build, mentor and develop CRAMS business development / sales and projects engagement team.
To ensure SMART goals assigned to team members and timely monitoring of individual performance.
