Biosimilar Manufacturing
- Qualification -Fresh B. Tech / MSC Bio- Chemistry/ Biotechnology-2023/2024 Graduates only.
- Job location : Bangalore
Job Requirement:
- Taking the responsibility for bacterial upstream, lysis & Solubilization process.
- Performing sampling activity during batch processing and updating sampling annexures
- Performing pH and conductivity meter calibration, filter integrity test, filtration activity.
- Handling of Refrigerator, Rotary incubator shaker, Fermenter, Microfluidizer, Polytron blender, Freezer, Steam sterilizer, weighing balance, turbidity meter, kill plant, overhead stirrer, and centrifuge.
- Handling of Downstream operations for commercial batch manufacturing of PEG-GSCF (E.coli based product).
- Handling of critical equipment like Chromatography columns and systems, Ultrafiltration and Di-filtration Systems , Process vessels etc.
