Indian Immunologicals Limited (IIL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) which is an autonomous body created in the year 1983 by an act of Parliament, with its Head quarters at Anand near Baroda, Gujarat . The main objective of NDDB, which is recognised as an institution of national importance, is to accelerate co-operative movement in the country particularly in the fields of dairying, fruits and vegetables processing, dairy machinery and oil seeds processing, among others.
