 Executive – QC Microbiology

Qualification: M.Sc Microbiology
Experience: 2–5 Years (Injectable experience mandatory)

Key Skills:

• Environmental Monitoring & Cleanroom monitoring

• Isolator & in-house isolates identification

• Operation & qualification/validation verification of equipment

• Bacterial Endotoxin testing

• BET analysis of water, raw material & packing material

• Method validation for endotoxin testing

 Sr. Executive – QC Microbiology

Qualification: M.Sc Microbiology
Experience: 6–9 Years (Injectable + Reviware/LIMS mandatory)

Key Skills:

• Review of microbiology records

• BET, Sterility, Water & Bioburden activities

• EM trend analysis

• SOP & LIMS module review

• Investigation & troubleshooting

 Executive – QC Chemical

Qualification: M.Sc Biotechnology / Organic Chemistry
Experience: 3–5 Years (QC-IPQC Biotech/Injectable required)

Key Skills:

• IPQC testing

• DRS log book preparation

• Routine sample handling (HPLC/GC)

• Instrument maintenance

• STP/SOP preparation

• Stability sample testing

 Executive / Sr. Executive – QC Chemical

Qualification: M.Sc Organic Chemistry
Experience: 3+ Years (RM/PM Injectable required)

Key Skills:

• Raw material & packing material testing & release

• Routine analytical operations

• HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV

• Calibration & operation of analytical instruments

• pH meter, KF apparatus & balances

 Important Notes:

• Injectable/Biotech pharma experience is compulsory
